Founded in 1994 by Kenneth Yeung, POP’s Foundation is a non-profit organization that sponsors abandoned and disabled children of the Prince of Peace Children’s Home in China.

To provide directions and funding for the operation of the Prince of Peace Children’s Home (POPCH), to be a loving, caring and secure environment for orphans with special needs.
To provide educational exchange opportunities for interns and volunteers.
To promote and help the adopted children to learn more about their culture and history of their birth country; finding their own identities; building new friendships within the adoption community; thus promoting understanding and peace between countries.
To work closely with government and social agencies, to assist and provide expert advice on orphan and adoption policy improvements.
In conjunction with other organizations, to assist groups affected by wars, natural calamities, and problems in life.
FOUNDER
As Founder and President of Prince of Peace Enterprises and the POP’s Foundation, Mr. Kenneth Yeung has enjoyed many successful business ventures as well as serving in many non-profit activities.
In the local community, Mr. Yeung has raised funds for many natural disaster relief efforts for the United States, China and many Southeast Asian countries. He also serves as honorary president of the Herb Trade Association of Northern California and the Northern California Teo Chew Community Center. His love for God has also prompted him to start Showers of Blessing Evangelistic Ministry USA, which is a global Chinese Christian radio/TV Production and programming organization. He’s also the founder of Christian Entrepreneurs Association in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The Prince of Peace Children’s Home was the first foreign-built orphanage in China. Before founding POP’s Foundation in 1994, Mr. Yeung had already facilitated over 100 U.S. families to adopt from China since the early 1980s. In the early 1990’s, Mr. Yeung and his family began to fulfill a long time dream to start an orphanage for disabled children in China. After years of hard work and research, the Prince of Peace Children’s Home was established in 2003 to provide a loving environment for abandoned or orphaned children with special needs.
